New Product / Division Launches

AT&T used this montage as a memento for members of the speakers bureau to kickoff the new Universal Information Services division. AT&T asked PaintMyStory to develop a prestigious, customized gift that leaders would treasure as a personal reminder of their contribution to the company's new long range communications goal.

This original montage featured newly introduced logos along with the President and Executive Vice Presidents responsible for leading the company toward a goal of total communications capabilities.

Universal Information Services envisions a network architecture where all voice, data and image services will be available through a Universal Port that can be automatically adapted to individual customer needs - thus the mixing apples, oranges and pears concept.

Each print was personalized with the recipient's portrait and a paragraph of congratulatory copy. A second series of lithographs, produced without the block of copy in the lower left

When Ciba Geigy Pharmaceuticals wanted to commemorate the kick-off of Voltaren, the most successful new product launch in the history of the pharmaceutical industry, they had a lot of people to thank. Management came to PaintMyStory to encapsulate the complete Voltaren program into one special memento that includes the portrait of each participant making them a lasting element in a history-making story of corporate success.

This one-of-a-kind creation features the many aspects surrounding the introduction of a new medication. Research, training, marketing, endorsement, sales and the quality name behind the project. Spokesman Mickey Mantle is shown with golf club in hand, enjoying his new found freedom from arthritis pain that Voltaren provides. The image of the power-hitter from the past is warmly portrayed behind. "The Mick" was even kind enough to personally sign each numbered lithograph prior to portrait personalization, making each an even more prized possession.

A part of the Voltaren story that few know about is when Mickey Mantle actually called my office to ask where he was supposed to sign the prints. My efficient secretary promptly answered him, thanked him and hung up. I never got to speak to "The Mick" before he passed away and my secretary was appropriately fired (no, not really), but I was VERY disappointed . . . I'm a baseball kid from Statin Island and he was a hero!
