What We Do

Every employee wants to feel valued, appreciated, and engaged with their organization and the people they work with and care about.

How do you tell them what they truly mean to the company for their time, dedication, creativity, skills, and the effort they bring to their job day in and day out?

Imagine if you could create a multi-image depiction of your History, Culture, Vision, and Values, then make your top achievers, retirees, and other key contributors an integral part of your organization's unique, custom statement.

What if you could make each of them a visual part of your company's success story?

Now there's a way to tell them . . .

. . ." Without you, our story's just not complete!"

Here's how it's done -

Step 1

PaintMyStory will work with you to select and prioritize the reference materials for your project. They can be photographs, brochures, annual reports, and archival images that work to tell your unique company story. This is where you decide on the people, places, buildings, products, visual experiences, landmarks and events that best represent your business, its culture, mission, vision and values. Some projects travel through generations while others are more of a snapshot in time. Our Client Information Package will help walk you through the development process and get organized.

Step 2

From your reference materials, our artists will develop a conceptual layout for your review. They’ll make sure that the montage will be impressive to look at, will absorb added portraits in the correct priority, and convey your story in the most impactful way possible. We’ll work with you to modify and adjust images until you are satisfied and ready to go to a final production master.

Step 3

Upon approval we will complete the original montage and submit it for your final sign off. Some of our larger corporate clients have us create several versions of their story to represent different divisions of their company. We can use most of the overall history but change some of the images to make a master that will work exclusively for each segment of the business. Based on the flexibility your project requires, the size and location of the portrait personalization area may vary. The key to a successful program is achieved here as the artist envisions the look of the finished montage with one or more added portraits, an additional logo or some other image that is representative of the recipient’s career accomplishments. This allows us to create highly personalized retirement awards that blend the story of the company with a successful career.
