Calabria's boats history began in 1987 with the introduction of their first tournament boat, the Shortline Comp™. Over the past 15 years of building inboard and outboard ski boats from their factory in Merced, California many things have changed in the industry, but many things have stayed the same. These tried and tested boats have a strong competition heritage derived from our sponsorship of many major ski tournaments. With the popularity of wakeboarding exploding across America, Calabria introduced the Cal-Air series in 1999, each incorporating their patented Pure Vert wake system that adds ballast without affecting handling characteristics. Calabria has also patented the first slotted swim step to allow hydrofoils to put on their gear more safely.
We at PaintMyStory are proud to have been asked to help the company's executives, dealers and customers relive the success of this innovative company with the use of our personalized fine art montage program. Our artist took special care blending each recipient into each painting in order to illustrate how integral they were in the success and rich history of Calabria.
Harley Davidson is a true American success story. This original montage entitled "Running Strong at 90" was created to commemorate Harley-Davidson’s 90 year anniversary and allow enthusiasts to be featured as part of the Harley story. The area around the famous bar and shield logo was able to be personalized with a single large portrait, a rider with their bike, or two riders.
The original montage was personalized and presented to Willie G. Davidson a Senior VP at the company and grandson of founder William A. Davidson. This piece was offered through participating Harley Dealers and even qualified for a certified Harley part number!
Suzuki commissioned this project for the financing arm of the company as a poster to honor and thank all of their racing teams and sponsored riders. It was distributed through Suzuki Dealerships worldwide.
We incorporated the portrait likeness and an action image of each of their racing division's top riders along with their sponsor's logo.
This allowed Suzuki to us framed prints to thank riders, team management and sponsor organizations that participated in their successful racing program.
